AXO Gallery opening and general update

My best friend (Sarah Wilson) launched Axo Gallery on Queen Charlotte St in Edinburgh at the weekend, her opening event was circus themed. A magnificent event featuring art, popcorn, video, clowns, installations, alcohol, puppets and a big brass band. Wasn’t really a big brass band, it was a regular band who seemed to have an attachment to The Jam. Two of my Jackets made an appearance at the event (pictured above) and I used my access to Dundee REP’s wardrobe store to make up my costume. A good night was had by all.I have also set up a new business, Two Dolls, with another friend (Zoe Venditozzi). Zoe and I have come together to create a hub for cross-disciplinary networking and creative endeavours. Providing writers, artists and makers with space for collaboration, networking, and performance. We will also provide retail space to sell artists’ work.
